This past spring, 50 preschool and elementary children, along with their caregivers, visited Greendale Acres Farm for a fun, interactive learning experience inspired by the book School is Wherever I Am.
The trip was organized by Chilliwack Central Elementary Community School Society and Chilliwack Learning Society, using Raise-A-Reader funds to make it possible. The kids enjoyed a hayride, planted seeds, explored nature, and even jumped on a giant pillow!
